The foundation of a horse’s soundness lies in his hooves. “No hoof no horse” This is one of the most fundamental principles there is. The hoof must receive nutrients from the blood in order to stimulate growth and repair. Combining and balancing these components is vital for hoof health and function. Biotin is a B vitamin produced in the horse’s gut in sufficient quantity to satisfy his basic nutritional needs but some horses with poor quality, thin, brittle hoof walls and tender, thin soles benefit greatly from biotin supplementation.

I have been using Garlic and more on both my horses for a couple years as a all round supplement and can see a huge difference in both of them.
I also have started using hoof first for my Appaloosa mare who has always had poor hoof quality and I’ve tried a few supplements but this one has worked the best by far and they are starting to look stronger and better than ever.

Hoof First is fabulous. I had a horse with very thin white lines. Made shoeing without accidentally pricking sensitive areas very hard. Since being on Hoof First the horse has developed a very good depth of white line. Also great for cracked and shelly hooves.

I have been using #horsefirstsupplements for over 2 years now and I really can’t recommend this brand enough, they have been such an important part of my horses diet.

My main Jumping horse has never had great feet so I decided to give “Hoof First” a try. After doing some research compared to many other well known companies this product definently had the highest strength Biotin levels. Within a few weeks off adding this to a feed once a day & along with correct shoeing from my amazing farrier the results were amazing!! The pictures below really do back this up My mares feet are so much stronger and the supplement also boosts other essential vitiams along with the Biotin.

A scoop a day keeps the farrier away!!

Horse first products are top class. I’ve been using there garlic and more on my horses for the past few years including on a trip to Italy where it is brilliant at keeping flies at bay. I’ve also used vital v which is super if you feel your horses is lacking anything.

I use hoof first and have done since I got my tb, his feet were terrible and could never keep a shoe on. Now his feet are in really good condition but we do continue to use the supplement. We also use the electrolytes mainly throughout the summer months when competing great products

I highly recommend Horse first supplements! The relax me, my joints and hoof first are my FAVOURITES! I have experienced amazing growth in hoof using the hoof first. The relax me is my absolute competition must!!! I couldn’t live with out it. And the my joints is an amazing product which I have had great results with. 10/10 products!!

Use hoof first on my new boy! 11 year old ex racehorse….been through the wars through no fault of his own and his feet were left to get in a very bad state! He had 6 months out in field and been bare foot for about a year now. With help from hoof first supplement his hooves are looking great!!!!

Every picture above tells a story – the first picture is my performance horse with a Hoof issue, which require some drastic hoof trimming due to total collapse of the heel bulb, under full vet supervision and using x-rays, my farrier trimmed away. My Face must have shown how mortified I was, gosh we needed to grow hoof and fast!
Sally Hart suggested Hoof First – 3 weeks later (so 4 weeks since the first picture) wow even the farrier asked what I had given my performance horse – he had never seen hoof growth like it, strong, subtle, and masses of it in 3.5 weeks. We are way on our way back from a 5 out of 5 lameness to 1 out of 5 and improving daily. We will be back as a dressage high performance team member shortly.

I have a grey Warmblood who is as fit as a fiddle. However he always pulls shoes cause his feet just crumble away and there is way too much playing in the paddocks. I started using Hoof First (double dose at first) and again he lost shoes. When my farrier came he was amazed! His feet had grown so quickly the farrier said “Of course he would loose his shoes. He said what ever I am doing it “GOLD!!!!” .
My farrier now, just comes on closer intervals.

Hoof First is amazing, I have a 6 yr thoroughbred who has had a constant issue with Thin cracking hoof walls and flaky hooves. My farrier recommended I try hoof first and I’m amazed I cannot believe how quickly his feet started to change. I noticed improvement within just a few weeks. I had him on double the dose and within 3 weeks he had completely changed his hoof issues. it worked so fast I’m not ever taking him off Hoof First, Its amazing. I cannot rate this product highly enough.

Incidently his coat is super shiny too, he just looks so healthy and amazing all over, thankyou for a wonderful product.
